To place an order for Products, you must provide all necessary information as requested on the Website and confirm the order. A deposit of 40% of the total purchase price is required upon confirmation of the order.
The remaining balance of the total purchase price is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice issued by Clever Home Solutions.
Payments must be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified.
In the event of late payment, a monthly late penalty interest charge of 10% may be applied to overdue accounts.
Any costs incurred by Clever Home Solutions in chasing overdue accounts, including but not limited to legal fees, debt collection agency fees, and court costs, will be borne by the client.
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the client at the time of ordering. Clever Home Solutions will make every effort to deliver Products within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to the client upon delivery.
Clever Home Solutions strives to ensure the quality of its Products. If you receive a faulty or damaged Product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, available on the Website.
